But instead of buying new, just replace parts or fabric as needed. Transformations furniture will last 5 to 7 lifecycles before it needs replaced and your savings will add up quickly over time.

Signature Series • 35-Year Warranty

WARRANTY on all products against defects in materials and workmanship, and against structural damage incurred through normal use, for a period of 35 years from date of purchase.

THE WARRANTY covers the structure of the furniture: the laminated-veneer frame; the construction of the arms, base, back, and all fasteners. The warranty also covers the foam against defects in its manufacture and composition and against “flattening” (not maintaining its original shape) for the same 35-year period. Under this warranty the Supplier will at its option either replace or repair furniture to it or will supply the customer with replacement parts. Fabric and all items beyond Supplier’s control are not covered by this warranty.

EXCLUSIONS to our standard warranty are as follows:

All fabrics including Customer’s Own Material are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty
All other material coating and solid surface material including but not limited to: wood stains and finishes, laminate, high-pressured laminate, thermoplastic sheeting and Corian® are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty.
ALL SALES are subject to Transformations® Replacement Program which enables to replace each individual part, including arms, back, base and upholstery (see Assembly/Disassembly/ Replaceable Covers Pamphlet). This option provides an incredible value, saving the Member of having to replace the whole unit. Supplier also has the capabilities of having individual parts manufactured and warehoused for immediate replacement or storage at the customer’s facility.
FOR NON-WARRANTY parts, Transformations® creates pricing on an individual part basis, allowing the customer to purchase one or more parts at a time.

Foundations Series • 15-Year Warranty

WARRANTY on all products against defects in materials and workmanship, and against structural damage incurred through normal use, for a period of 15 years from date of purchase.

Under this warranty the Supplier will at its option either replace or repair furniture to it or will supply the customer with replacement parts. Fabric and all items beyond vendor’s Supplier’s control are not covered by this warranty.
